Our first priority is your satisfaction! If you have any problems at all with your order, please let us know. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item within 15 days for in-store credit. Unfortunately, Goldie Lew is unable to refund your purchase for returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

- Package item in original packaging and return to us.
- You will receive your store credit via email once we receive your return and process it. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
