What is your return policy?
Our first priority is your satisfaction. If you have any problems at all with your order please let us know. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for in store credit.
My stone fell out! What should I do next?
We work very hard to work with the best Native American jewelry artists, but on rare occasions stones can fall out. We stand behind every piece we sell and if this happens we will get it repaired for you. Just email Tiff at email@example.com.
I sent in my exchange or repair. How long is the turn around time?
REPAIRS ARE NOW DELAYED BECAUSE OF COVID-19. PLEASE SEE OUR RETURN POLICY.
In the case of a repair your piece of jewelry will need to be sent to the Native American artist who created it. 6-8 weeks is the usual turnaround time for repairs. Exchanges can also take 6-8 weeks if we have to special order a new size. If we have the exchange in stock the turn around time is 1-2 weeks.
I don't know my ring size. How do I find out?
You can go to any jeweler and have your finger sized! Or you can print our PDF listed below!!
What should I do if my ring doesn't fit?
We are happy to exchange your ring for a different size if we have it in stock. Some rings are one of a kind pieces and cannot be exchanged for a different size but any jeweler can resize a ring for you. We will try our hardest to help you in any way that we can though, so if your ring doesn't fit please contact our customer service gal at firstname.lastname@example.org
Also, rings with thicker bands will fit snugger vs. ones with a thin band. It is a good idea to size up if the band is thick.
I swear my wedding ring is a size 6. Why does the size 6 I ordered not fit my right hand too?
Both of your hands will most likely not be the same size. Your dominant hand will be larger that your non dominant hand. It is best to have your finger sized before purchasing.

Normally we would say yes, but unfortunately at this time we are not. If you would like consulting help with picking out a few items to add to your collection, we would be more than happy to help.
