To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic we are not accepting Jewelry Repairs at this time. Customer service is our number one priority, but the man who repairs the jewelry is not working at this time. As soon as repairs open back up, we will be accepting repairs again. If you are waiting on a repair we are very sorry that it has taken longer that expected.
In the case of a repair your piece of jewelry will need to be sent to the Native American artist who created it. 3-6 weeks is the usual turnaround time for repairs. Exchanges can also take 3-6 weeks if we have to special order a new size. If we have the exchange in stock the turn around time is 1-2 weeks.
