PLEASE NOTE GOLDIE LEW'S CURRENT POLICIES:

SHIPPING TURNAROUND
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. Orders placed on Friday will not be processed and shipped until Monday, as our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

CARRIERS
We use USPS and UPS to ship all orders domestically and internationally. You can choose the carrier you would like at checkout. Orders placed to PO Boxes will be shipped USPS. 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping. 

ORDER TRACKING
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information as soon as it ships. 

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates begin at $6.00 for USPS First Class. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. All orders over $200.00 are eligible for free shipping. Hats are shipped at a flat rate of $30.00 and are ineligible for free shipping. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Goldie Lew is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receiving your order. To help protect your items during shipping, we do offer Goldie Lew Shipping Protection. To purchase, simply add it to your cart at checkout. 

INFORMATION ACCURACY
Please confirm your address and make sure you provide all shipping details before submitting your order at checkout. 

DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Goldie Lew is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by our respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties on the original price of your items. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REPAIRS POLICY

RETURNS

Our first priority is your satisfaction! If you have any problems at all with your order, please let us know. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days for in-store credit. Unfortunately, Goldie Lew is unable to refund your purchase for returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

  • Visit https://returns.goldielew.com/ and follow the steps to return your item. 
  • Package item in original packaging and return to us.
  • You will receive your store credit via email once we receive your return and process it. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once it has been delivered.

NOTE: If you purchase your item on sale or during a seasonal sale, it will not be eligible for a return. These items are final sale. 


EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for a different item or size, you may exchange it within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

  • Visit returns.goldielew.com and follow the steps to return your item. 
  • Package item in original packaging and return to us. 
  • You will receive your new item or size once we have received your return and processed it. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking number of your new item once it ships. 

REPAIRS

To provide you with the best possible service, we will arrange repairs on all jewelry purchased from Goldie Lew free of charge. If you need a piece of jewelry repaired it will be sent to our designer or Goldie Lew Team, depending on who created it. Please allow 8-10 weeks turnaround time for pieces that need to be outsourced and two weeks for pieces repaired in-house.

  • Email goldielewcs@gmail.com with what item you need repaired, order number, explanation of what is wrong, and pictures if possible. 
  • We will provide you with a return shipping label. 
  • Please package item in protective packaging and send it our way.
  • Once we receive the item back from repairs, we send it back to you and email you with a tracking number.
