To provide you with the best possible service, we will arrange repairs on all jewelry purchased from Goldie Lew for free. If you have a piece of jewelry that needs repaired, it will be sent to the Goldie Lew Team. We will take care of the shipping charge to have it sent back to us at Goldie Lew and then back to you for a flat rate of $10.00. Please allow 1-2 weeks turnaround time once it is received. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. Orders placed on Friday will not be processed and shipped until Monday.
