Super Cute Flannel

The "Rumor Has It Flannel" is super cute! There was only a size medium left, so I was able to get my hands on it during the Birthday Sale. I'm 5'1", so the flannel is really long on me. But I wear it as a dress with biker shorts underneath or open as a cover up with another shirt. Super cute and versatile! I gave it 4 stars because the material is slightly itchy, but not too bad.
